The multi-confirmed fact there are visit times limit to website out of china from china telecom, alibaba, sunyard, east software, etc.

According to the currently analysis, the limit is 20 connections per IP per site.

Almost custom of all telecom service operators discovery it in the last few months, so we can say, the limit is from GFW, not individual operators's action.

From a positive perspective:

1. Strengthen the defense capabilities of China's network;
2. Save network traffic;

But obviously unreasonable:

1. Make interference to dedicated enterprise normal demand;
2. Resulting in obstruction on competition, ecnomic, opion of people in china;

Anyone have to adapt to the environment when you can not change it with your power.

But I believe the wheel of history will not stop.
